- Doubled Home Energy Rebates – Income Qualified customers receive DOUBLE the rebate for energy-efficient appliances from our Residential Rebates list. To apply, please fill out an online application by logging-in to your PWP account.
- Low to No Interest Loans to Buy, Keep, or Improve your Home – Assistance from the Neighborhood Housing Services of LA County and the City of Pasadena include:
- Low- or no-interest loans for home revitalization and improvement
- Homebuyer education classes in English and Spanish
- Affordable fixed-rate loans for first-time homebuyers
- Assistance up to $75,000 to help cover down payment and closing costs
- Affordable fixed-rate refinance loans and counseling for homeowners struggling with mortgage payment
