Born and raised in La Cañada Flintridge, I’ve spent my life deeply rooted in the communities I now call home. A graduate of Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy and Cal State University Northridge — where I studied Art with a focus in Design and Marketing — I bring a creative eye to everything I do, especially real estate.
Licensed since 2007, I’ve built my practice alongside my husband and business partner, Ramiro Rivas. Together, we’re a complementary team: I lead with design instinct, marketing strategy, and an eye for architectural beauty; Ramiro brings sharp analytical skills and deep expertise in Probate and Trust Sales. We live in Pasadena with our children, who are woven into both the public and private school communities we serve — because this isn’t just our market, it’s our neighborhood.
Our sweet spot is architecturally significant homes and investment property in Pasadena, Altadena, and the surrounding cities. But we’ve also ventured well beyond — from rural horse properties north of LA to coastal beach homes — and my ownership of local income properties, as well as my Big Bear vacation home, has given me firsthand knowledge of short and long term rental investing that few agents can offer.
My passion for interior design, architecture, and historic preservation runs deep. I believe that protecting the architectural character of our neighborhoods isn’t just an aesthetic value — it’s a community one. My grandfather was a Disney artist, and his influence sparked a love of painting and visual storytelling that shapes how I see — and sell — distinctive spaces.
Off the clock, I’m an active animal rights advocate and a proud member of the Altadena Town and Country Club, a community I’ve stayed closely involved with as we collectively rebuild following the Eaton Canyon fire.
