Break out the red carpet! AMC is offering the chance to give up to 20 of your family and friends the movie star treatment by renting theaters for private showings for $99. Months after the pandemic shut cinemas across the country, AMC Theatres is trying to bring moviegoers back by letting them rent entire auditoriums. The price for older movies is $99 with the cost to screen newer movies at $149 for matinee and $349 for evening screenings. A new movie release option is to screen the movie Tenet, $149-$349 depending on the time.
You can rent a theatre at select AMC locations across the country, including 14 AMC’s in California. This AMC link includes the list of US theaters participating.
